This year’s event saw more innovative costumes as staff dressed as characters from some well-known and well-loved books – both fiction and non-fiction. From David Walliams’ ‘Boy in the Frock’, ‘Demon Dentist’ and ‘Gangsta Granny’ to Steve Irwin’s ‘Crocodile Hunter’ and, of course, Ian Fleming’s 007, Aspire Academy staff brought books to life and reinforced the fun connected with reading. Great fun was had by all involved!
