Shelly, Aspire’s Chaplain, created a Memorial Trellis for students and staff. She offered wooden hearts for students and staff to personalise in remembrance of precious loved ones who passed away during the Covid pandemic.
Colour-changing rainbow tea light candles complemented the memorial.
A short memorial service was recorded to honour those who have lost their lives.
‘Losing someone precious is so hard and I hope this will bring some comfort and reassurance that here, at Aspire Academy, their memory will be honoured and treasured.’
