Over the last few weeks, students at Aspire have been saving their rewards vouchers to do a lot of shopping – not for themselves, but for Hull 4 Ukraine, an organisation responding to the humanitarian crisis caused by the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
Students took their vouchers to local stores to exchange them for basic food items like dried and tinned foods, basic medications and first aid kits, as well as baby products and baby food.
Their donations were gratefully received by the organisers and will go some way to improving people’s lives.
