Our mainstream school colleagues are managing an unprecedented number of students demonstrating challenging behaviour as a result of significant barriers to education and general well-being.
Aspire has a highly developed and well-trained group of outstanding practitioners, who are experienced in supporting and training colleagues across Hull, the East Riding and North Yorkshire. These have qualified to become a dedicated team of professionals that currently support primary and secondary schools across Hull, The East Riding and North Yorkshire. Our programmes, ethos and approach are used to support, train, advise and develop teaching assistants, NQTs, senior leaders and qualified teachers through a varied range of support and CPD packages, tailored to meet the needs of individual schools. In addition to our consultancy, we provide a student clinic service where we can support schools in building plans and approaches to more effectively meet the needs of challenging students. We are happy to support schools to meet their individual needs.
